Shirt - H&M
Jeans - Dad's
Shoes - Primark

The jeans I wore today are my new favourites, I found these last week when my mum was having a clear out of our shed and there were loads of bags of clothes which needed to go to charity shops. I'm so glad I snatched these up because they are supperrr high waisted which I love and they are so comfy. They were my Dad's old Lee jeans and he just didn't want them anymore and I'm the lucky gal who now has the privilege of being their owner. Happy days.
I paired them with one of my favourite shirts, I've had this shirt for years and it's one of those timeless items which for me, will never go out of style.
I know I talk about the weather in almost every post ha, but it's apparently meant to be really hot this week so yay for the weather!
I hope everyone has an amazing week!

15/05/2012 Southbank, Nandos & all that good stuff

Top, Blazer & Shoes - Primark
Trousers - Bershka
Bag - H&M
Those of you who follow me on twitter may know that today was quite an exciting day for me. My Dad is a Psychiatrist and he’s recently been studying for another degree whilst working and I’m proud to say that today was his Graduation, he got a 2:1 Bsc Hons in Health and Social Sciences and we are all so proud of him!
Anyway, I decided to take lots of photos so that you guys could see what I wore and how the day went. I’ve always loved Southbank and the hall we were in was along by the London Eye. Although it was raining in the morning, it eventually settled down and the sun came out later on.
We had breakfast at a cafe in the venue then went outside to take loads of photos before the ceremony started.  We then took a little stroll along Southbank and I came across the cutest looking Sushi bar which I will definitely visit in the summer.
After the ceremony, we went to Nandos and I had a ¼ chicken (extra hot), chips and coleslaw...YUM. I literally order the same thing every time I got there so I might venture out next time and try a wrap or something, any recommendations?  I also had some olives because Nandos olives are the best olives.
All in all, I had an AMAZING DAY, a nice little break from college but now it’s time to get back on the revision!
Hope everyone has had a lovely day

Shirt - Thrifted
Jumper - H&M
Leather Panel Leggings - Topshop
Shoes - ASOS
Necklace - Primark
Hey guys! Woohoo, finally the sun is coming out! If you live in England then you’ll obviously know that the past few weeks – not even days but WEEKS have not been pleasant. It has been raining non-stop but thankfully, this weekend has been quite sunny! YAY! I’m sure I’ve said this before but the sun genuinely makes me happy.
Today I went to Church with my family and this is what I wore. Now before anyone starts thinking why I’m wearing all black to Church, I’ll explain. At my Church I volunteer quite a lot and one of the things I’m involved in is the photography team. Every week when I am on duty, I have to wear all black so that I blend in rather than stand out. Usually when I am on duty, I just wear a black top and jeans but I felt like making a bit more of an effort today.
My shirt is one of my favourite pieces because I think it’s one of those timeless items which go with everything. I got given it from a family friend about 2 years ago and I cut the sleeves off to give it an edge. It’s actually a men’s shirt but it fits me perfectly and I love it.
I hope everyone has also had lots of sun this weekend and if you’ve got exams coming up, GOOD LUCK and keep revising!

Shirt & Top – H&M
Skirt & Ear Cuff – Topshop
Shoes – New Look
Bracelet – Gift
Earrings – Accessorize
Hey guys! I’m so sorry I haven’t blogged in about 2 weeks or so but college has been crazy recently! I had my photography exam last week so preparation for that had taken priority in my life but I am back! I still have exams coming up but I am going to try and still find time to blog for you all :-)

I got this loose knit type of top from H&M and I absolutely love it! I think it’ll be great for spring summer time so I cannot wait to wear it more on its own when the sun comes out. My shirt is also from H&M and although I got it in January, today was my first time wearing it! I really love the colours and I think they are great to wear all year round be it summer of winter.
My bracelet is a gift one of my best friends got me when she went to Bali and isn’t it so cool! For those of you who didn’t know, my real name isn’t actually ‘The New Kid’ (shockingly) but it’s Kudzai and trust me, it’s hard to just ‘pick up’ personalised things with my name on them ha! Anyway I love it and I think it gives my outfit a lovely tribal edge :-)
I hope everyone has had a lovely 2 weeks and I hope you all have a lovely week coming!
Lots of Love
